Hello,

My name is Georgina and I’ve always struggled with introductions.

Let’s start with the basics. I am a twenty-something literature graduate living in Edinburgh, Scotland. I love travelling and discovering new places to explore. A few years ago, I started to share my adventures online, and now I can usually be found on Instagram.

I grew up in a tiny village in the Scottish Highlands, in a little house just next to the beach. I love soft jumpers and wooly hats. I drink a lot of Lady Grey tea. I love the seasons; the changing colours of autumn leaves and frosty winter mornings. I collect quotes and my bookshelves are fit to burst.

Edinburgh is my adopted home and nothing gives me greater happiness than wandering its cobbled streets, revisiting old haunts and discovering new places to love and enjoy. I try and share as many of my favourite places and experiences here and on Instagram in the hope that other people will fall in love with Edinburgh the way I did. Alexander McCall Smith described this gorgeous city better than I ever could when he said: “Edinburgh is a city of shifting light, of changing skies, of sudden vistas. A city so beautiful it breaks the heart again and again.”
